JOB TITLE:

Director of Rehabilitation

The Director of Rehabilitation Services provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the hospital’s full continuum of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff development, while advancing the hospital’s mission and fostering community engagement. The Director is responsible for integrating services across multiple care settings to optimize patient outcomes, expand community wellness initiatives, and drive sustainable growth.

• Ensure all staff maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
• Conduct audits to ensure accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Optimize workflows and patient throughput ensuring the best staff and patient experience.
