Pool Attendant
**** Position Overview
** We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and service-focused
** Pool Attendant
** to join our team. This role is essential to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and delivers exceptional hospitality with a positive attitude.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Set up and arrange umbrellas, loungers, and poolside furniture daily
* Ensure the swimming pool, surrounding deck, furniture, and facilities are clean, organized, and safe
* Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
* Distribute towels, assist with shade setup, and accommodate guest requests
* Clear used towels, glassware, and trash in a timely manner
* Monitor guest activity to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
* Enforce all pool safety rules and facility policies
* Report any damages, maintenance needs, or incidents to a supervisor promptly
* Conduct daily inspections of the pool area and assist in managing the cleaning schedule
* Take guests food and drink orders and deliver to pool side
* Support overall pool operations as needed
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
* Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
* Ability to lift and move pool furniture and equipment as required
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
* Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
* Either have or be willing to obtain a food handlers permit
