Salary: $87,846 - $96,252 ( Non-Represented Salary Schedule 2025-26 )

The Mount Si High School PAC Manager has the daily responsibility for the technical operations of the venue including lighting, sound, stage rigging and other equipment, supervision of technical staff, and coordination of necessary maintenance; is responsible for the scheduling of all District and community events in the venue; and will manage all aspects of PAC rentals (rental agreements, billing, and collections).

The MSHS PAC Manager will work on a flexible schedule basis and be present as expected and needed at events and/or programs, to include weekends, at the MSHS PAC to ensure appropriate facility utilization and asset preservation.

  This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*

  This position may be eligible for up to 14paid holidays per year.

Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work
