Pay Rate: $36/hour (Temp-to-hire)

Schedule:

1st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-may have occasional overtime needs

Snoqualmie, WA

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, CNC machinery, robotics, and facility systems
• Diagnose issues using multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and other diagnostic tools
• Support maintenance improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability
• Complete accurate work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis and help drive process improvements
• Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements
• Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians

• Must have industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years)
• Must have hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
• Comfortable using computers and maintenance software

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
