Allegion is seeking a Frontline Leader (Powder Coating) in Snoqualmie, WA to support the powder coat production area and drive on-time, quality output. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate production records.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in powder coating, strong leadership, and solid communication in English.
Schedule:
Mon-Thu 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
