Customer Service Representative
We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
Pay range: $17.13 to $19.00 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits.
Job DescriptionThe following general description applies to all hourly store team members.
Job Duties- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and furniture approximately daily after shifts.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
CommunicationAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills required. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work ConditionsExposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TemperamentAbility to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Short distances for short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lifting from floor to shelves up to 72” high. - Carrying:
Items weighing 3–30 pounds carried from storage to front; trays of pizza dough (~12 pounds) carried three at a time over short distances. - Pushing:
Trays on dollies pushed or pulled (approx. 24–30” on a dolly requiring force up to 7.5 pounds). - Climbing / Stepping / Bending:
Navigate stairs or ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance; bending at 30–45 seconds at a time during pizza assembly; bending at front counter and stocking. - Crouching / Squatting:
Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. - Reaching:
Continually up, down, forward; above 72” when turning oven controls or changing prices on signs; down when scooping cornmeal, washing dishes; forward when obtaining toppings or answering phones. - Hand tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough; manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cutting dough; pinching in box assembly.
Deliver product by car to the customer's door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
- Carrying:
During delivery, carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking and climbing. - Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift. - Walking:
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer's location. - Climbing:
Navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Sensory: far vision and night vision for driving.
