7:00am – 3:30pm
Responsibilities:- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
- Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Collaborates and communicates with customer service and other departments involved in the shipment of products and orders
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
- Update inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goods
- Forklift operating
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a small team
- Strong computer and math skills. Must be proficient in working on computers
- Previous experience shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse
