We are a heavy civil general contractor operating in AZ, UT, and CO. We are looking for a candidate with asphalt expertise to join our team in Arizona.

Are you a detail‑oriented professional with experience in construction and project management? We need a Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager to oversee a variety of asphalt projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team in a fast‑paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage and negotiate change orders, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to keep projects within budget.
• Supervise subcontractor activities, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on all project sites.
• Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.

• 2–7 years of construction industry experience, including asphalt paving.
• Solid knowledge of heavy civil construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
