We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and manage a variety of asphalt projects from inception to completion. You'll be working with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast‑paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage and negotiate Change Orders, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Supervise subcontractor activities, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols on all project sites.
- Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.
- A minimum of 2‑7 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience working in asphalt paving.
- Solid knowledge of Heavy Civil construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
