- Deliverspecializedinstructioninareassuchasliteracyeducation,math,physical education,andsocialskills,incorporating evidence-basedpracticeslikebehavioraltherapyandsensoryintegrationtechniques.
- Collaboratewithspeechtherapists,occupational therapists,andotherspecialiststosupportspeechtherapy,behavioralhealth,andearlyinterventionservices.
- Conductassessmentsusingstandardizedtestingmethodstomonitorprogressandinforminstructionaladjustments.
- Fosterasafe,caringenvironmentthatpromoteschildwelfare,emotional well-being,anddevelopmentalgrowththroughconsistentbehaviormanagementstrategies.
- Engageinongoingprofessionaldevelopmentrelatedtochildhooddevelopment,Montessori methods,orotherspecializededucationalapproachesrelevanttoearlychildhoodeducation.
