• Collaboratewithspeechtherapists,occupational therapists,andotherspecialiststosupportspeechtherapy,behavioralhealth,andearlyinterventionservices.
• Conductassessmentsusingstandardizedtestingmethodstomonitorprogressandinforminstructionaladjustments.
• Fosterasafe,caringenvironmentthatpromoteschildwelfare,emotional well-being,anddevelopmentalgrowththroughconsistentbehaviormanagementstrategies.
• Engageinongoingprofessionaldevelopmentrelatedtochildhooddevelopment,Montessori methods,orotherspecializededucationalapproachesrelevanttoearlychildhoodeducation.
