Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around performance marketing and can help us get the most out of our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads campaigns.

We operate in a lead generation model – your main goal will be to deliver efficient, high-performing paid campaigns that bring in quality leads.

• up to 5 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (contract of mandate possible)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have), Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads (nice to have);
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution;
• Confidence working with data and performance metrics;
• Experience running B2B campaigns;
• Understanding of setting up UTM parameters and connecting campaigns to CRM tools;
• A passion for testing, optimizing, and improving campaign performance.

• Preparing budget estimates (e.g., how much to spend to generate X leads);
• Manual bidding to control campaign spend based on performance;
• Monitoring ad spend and campaign budgets;
• Running A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and formats;
• Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations;
• Integrating Google Ads with our CRM and setting up UTM tagging to track leads across the funnel.
