Senior BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to support the development of dashboards, reports, and business applications using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, user-friendly analytics solutions and enabling business teams with actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualizations and automated workflows, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into technical visualizations and data models
• Build and optimize DAX measures and calculations
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Implement data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, star schema)
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for process automation
• Build business applications using Power Apps
• Create data stories and visual insights for business users
• Support enhancements and bug fixes for existing dashboards
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to consume curated datasets

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in BI / Data Visualization roles
• Strong expertise in:
  • Power BI (must-have)
  • DAX (advanced)
  • SQL (advanced)
• Hands‐on experience with:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
• Working knowledge of Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling principles
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with Power BI Service, governance, and deployment pipelines
• Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, DBT)
• Experience working in enterprise reporting environments
