Job Title

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on-site 100% in Fisher County, TX.
  • Experience in construction and preconstruction.
  • Experience coordinating and managing contractor and vendor activities on-site.
  • Experience with permits, road use agreements, crossing agreements, SWPPP, haul routes, drawings, materials, schedules, QA/QC, and submittals to engineering for review.
  • Experience approving contractor payment requests and verifying constructability.
  • Experience ensuring proper resource allocation, assessing field status, and resolving issues.
  • Experience with scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, and schedule/work-in-progress management.
  • Experience working with third-party audits of contractors.
  • Leadership and coaching experience for Construction Supervisors.
  • Experience conducting site safety orientations, safety assessments, and CILs (Unifier).
  • Experience maintaining QA/QC documentation and auditing construction quality.
  • Experience monitoring environmental constraints before and during work (SWPPP).
  • Experience managing additional resources such as environmental, ISC/expeditor, materials manager, safety team, SMEs, and land agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Own field-level success of the project and act as the on-site "quarterback" for project execution.
  • Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate daily with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
  • Perform inspections, maintain QA/QC documents, and audit construction quality against standards and specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of construction activities, progress, and safety inspections.
  • Lead walkdowns of planned work, validate acceptance of completed work, and approve contractor payment requests.
  • Manage scope control, budgets, performance reporting, schedules, and work in progress to achieve targeted results.

Nice to Have:

  • Direct experience on large utility, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Unifier for CILs and construction workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and field issue resolution skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site in Fisher County, TX.
  • Extended hours may be required based on project demands.
