As a Lead Construction Supervisor, you will provide strategic oversight for project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing routing decisions under uncertainty. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, integrating financial and engineering concerns, while ensuring compliance with permitting requirements. Your role will be pivotal in contractor monitoring, route development, and field visits to support pre-construction preparations.

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, including gen tie and transmission projects.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to identify and evaluate routing risks, perform routing and siting tradeoff decisions, and problem-solve within highly regulated permitting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with various subject matter experts.
• Willingness to travel within the US approximately 25%.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience in route refinement using value engineering or other applicable concepts.
• Industrial experience in Civil and Structural construction.
• Familiarity with computer skills:
  Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data entry, and Uploads.
