Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field.
• Valid administrative certification or licensure as required by the state.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and school improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks and educational purposes.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and district personnel.

Salary Range: $73,049-$114,275
