The campus offers 11 Career and Technical Education programs and maintains a strong partnership with Western Texas College, providing students with meaningful opportunities to explore career pathways and gain real-world experience.

Description/Notes: Snyder ISD is searching for a principal passionate about transforming lives and outcomes for our students while enjoying the charm and community of small-town living. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field.
- Valid administrative certification or licensure as required by the state.
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience, with at least one year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and school improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks and educational purposes.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and district personnel.
Salary Range: $73,049-$114,275
