Responsibilities- Coach associates on performance, including proactive sales conversations, operational items, and customer interactions.
- Assist or provide guidance on complex account maintenance and resolve customer escalations.
- Collaborate with internal partners such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth managers and others.
- Receive continued education and training to meet individual sales performance and operational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable college and/or business experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership, associate development or management experience.
- At least 2 years of banking/financial services experience, or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- Current NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
Salary range: $56,890.00 – $. The posted compensation range represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job‑related factors.
