Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies to support maintenance operations
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
