Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Nurse

Nurse Core is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RN) with infusion experience for our Specialty Staffing division. We are looking for professionals located in Snyder, Texas. Our passion is connecting healthcare professionals with the medical positions that fit their lifestyle.

• Provide quality home care and infusions as defined within the scope of practice by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Teach and administer specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables to patients with rare, chronic, and acute diseases in the home setting, infusion suites, or physician office.
• Maintain and manage SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing while following proper infection control measures.
• Coordinate planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and administer appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively update client/patients’ POC, health changes, and other related incidents.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age‑specific differences in the patient population including physiological and developmental differences unique to each group.
• Ensure safe care to patients by adhering to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management productivity, and quality of service.
• Be willing to travel within the assigned geographic region. Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits as determined by business needs.
• Administer CPR and other emergency procedures as necessary.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing.
• Home health experience preferred – ability to perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions.
• Minimum of two years of medical‑surgical or critical‑care/ER experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent infusion experience preferred.
• Proof of current PPD and current CPR‑hands‑on class required.
• Successful completion of a skills assessment specific to the areas of experience.
