Hospital-employed primary care practice in West Texas is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient clinic due to increasing patient demand and expanding access needs.

• Hospital-employed position with an established and growing outpatient practice experiencing a 30+ day wait for new patients

• Flexible 4.5-day or 5-day work week with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule

• Outpatient-only practice seeing approximately 18-20 patients daily with no call and no weekend responsibilities

• Practice independently with a collaborative physician partner available for consultation and mentorship as needed

• Full support staff including dedicated nursing and clinical personnel, private office space, and on-campus access to lab and imaging services
