Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs, and occasionally push or pull over 50 lbs; physically moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Big Spring, TX); secondary location:
  Snyder, TX.
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday; start by 6:30 am, 20–25 hours per week.
