Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, associates ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. The role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling expertise.

Compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
