Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Snyder, TX

Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met;
Maintain high-quality customer service and assist customers during peak periods;
Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold company policies and internal controls;
Supervise employees in the Store Manager's absence and support recruitment, training, and evaluation
