  • Facilitate effective collaboration across engineering, IT, training systems, and facilities teams to enhance DMO capabilities.

Facilities & Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee DMOC‑related facilities, including training environments, mission operations centers, and IT spaces.

  • Act as a liaison among the program team, Kirtland AFB civil engineering, IT squadrons, and host‑wing organizations.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and refresh projects.

  • Track work orders and outages related to facilities to mitigate mission disruptions.

  • Support the maintenance of critical systems' power, HVAC, and cooling requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational continuity standards in all facilities activities.

Contract, Budget, & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractor and vendor activities relevant to facilities and IT infrastructure.

  • Support budget tracking for facilities and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

  • Collaborate with finance and contracting personnel to support procurement processes.

  • Monitor vendor performance to resolve infrastructure‑related challenges effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement & Integration

  • Assist in resolving conflicts related to competing priorities across various missions.

  • Help prepare briefings and materials for decision‑making support for government leaders.

Skill Bridge Development Objectives

  • Explore civilian DoD contract execution, operational facilities management, and infrastructure planning.

  • Receive mentorship that bridges military and civilian leadership skills for future management roles.

Required Qualifications
