Position: NM-RN-Home Health/Hospice-Days-3700-SGH
75 MILE Straight Line RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS

Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
2 years' experience current required in specialty. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. CERTS: BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EMR: EPIC experience preferred.

SHIFTS:

8 hours (or plus) varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.

ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
