Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
- Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers.
- Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real time.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.
Valid RN license in New Mexico, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, with strong assessment and communication skills.
