Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Execute diagnostic procedures for L10/L11 hardware failures using Linux tools and component swapping;
Provide engineering support through DOEs, error injections, and data collection for FPY analysis;
Perform 5S in the work area and manage tool/inventory;
Implement Kaizen projects (2/month) and manage unit inventory/debug time limits;
Perform firmware updates and connectivity restoration, including FRU recovery and VPD configurations
