• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders accurately.
• Receive, process, and record telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Use computer keyboards or touch screens to input orders.
• Provide training and orientation assistance to new team members.

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Proficiency in handling correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills in English.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Capable of entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and reach as described in the Physical Requirements section.

• Standing and walking on ceramic tile or linoleum for short durations.
• Capacity to lift items up to 50 lbs and stack shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to push or pull a dolly carrying 24–30 trays, requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Forward bending, stooping, and squatting for stocking and cleaning tasks.
• Reaching overhead up to 72 inches and below the waist for various tasks.
• Eye‑hand coordination for precise handling of pizza dough, toppings, and packaging.
