Allen Elementary is a K–5 school in Soddy Daisy, TN, just north of Chattanooga. We are a close-knit community where teachers, students, and families work together and celebrate one another. We are looking for teachers who love building relationships, bring a spirit of joy to their work, and want to grow alongside their students and colleagues.

We are looking for teachers who have the ability to build relationships quickly with students and faculty/staff.

• Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
• Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment

• Positive, student-focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth
• Experience in Title I or high-need school settings is a plus
• Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
