Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Play a major role in shaping customers' experiences, often being the first, last or only associate a customer interacts with.
• Greet, thank and assist customers with scanning, bagging, cash handling and maintaining a clean area.
• Multi-task during busy periods, especially evenings, weekends and holiday seasons.
• Provide a positive attitude and help other associates when needed.

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
• Keep your area clean and presentable.
• Answer customer questions and help them with their needs.
• Be available to assist associates across the store as needed.

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
