Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers shop for our customers and choose the right products, spending time in all departments to fill online orders. They dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. At times you may need to juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
