• Greet customers, run the register, and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with our food program.
• Work around the store (inside and out) to help maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Proficiency in selling products and providing excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining enjoyment.
• Teamwork skills to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred; sales associate or cashier experience valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour in a shift.
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
