Partners for Christian Media (PCM), the ministry behind J103 Radio and Jfest, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This position combines traditional media sales with an exciting growth opportunity in podcast production and content marketing. While you'll have opportunities to sell radio advertising and event sponsor ships, your primary focus will be helping local businesses launch and grow professional podcasts through PCM's turnkey podcast production services.

Our in-house production team provides studio space, video production, editing, audio mastering, social media content and full transcription. Your role is to connect businesses with these powerful storytelling and marketing tools.

• Event sponsor ships, including Jfest and other ministry events
• Custom promotional partnerships

• Prospect and develop new business relationships
• Present podcasting solutions to business owners and decision-makers
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
• Build long-term partnerships with clients
• Represent PCM and J103 at networking events, business functions, and community events
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure client success

• Passion for PCM's mission and values
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking
• CRM experience is a plus
• Base salary plus commission
