Next Job Re-integratie zoekt een jobcoach die intakegesprekken voert, kandidaten coacht naar een nieuwe baan en assessments bespreekt. Je plaatst kandidaten in een nieuwe werkomgeving en geeft sollicitatietraining, terwijl je de voortgang rapporteert aan de opdrachtgever.
De functie biedt vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in een aangename, menselijke werkomgeving met circa 15 collega’s. Er is flexibiliteit tussen kantoor en thuiswerken.
