Account Executive

Job Summary

As an Account Executive – Food, you will manage and grow relationships with food partners across Oman. Your responsibilities will include building strong partnerships, driving engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and helping partners improve their performance on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and thriving in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

• Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across Oman
• Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption
• Assist partners with day‑to‑day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners
• Prepare account updates, reports, and insights to support business decisions
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client‑facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand partner needs
• Commercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunities
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English is required;
  Arabic is a strong advantage
