Customer Care & Office Coordinator
The RoleWe're looking for a Customer Care & Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our office and the front line of our brand. You'll be the person who keeps everything running, keeps customers happy, and keeps our influencers stocked. You'll wear a lot of hats: customer service, office support, inventory, send-outs, replacements, and whatever else the day throws 'll work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and the wider team to make sure customers, partners, and the office never miss a beat.

- Own the customer inbox — respond to questions, complaints, and feedback quickly and warmly
- Resolve issues end-to-end: refunds, replacements, missing orders, and product questions
- Be the voice of the brand in every interaction — helpful and human.
- Flag recurring issues and customer trends back to the team so we can fix the root cause
- Keep the office running — supplies, deliveries, mail, and day-to-day operations
- Be the person who keeps things organized so the rest of the team can move fast
- Support the wider team with whatever's needed to keep the wheels turning
- Help coordinate team needs, events, and the occasional fire drill
- Manage inventory tracking — know what we have, what's low, and what's coming
- Pack and ship product send-outs for influencers, creators, and partners
- Coordinate replacements and re-sends quickly and accurately
- Keep stock organized and accessible so nothing slips through the cracks
- Handle creator and influencer send-outs from request to delivery
- Track who got what, when, and make sure follow-ups happen
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact that makes partners want to work with us
- Experience in customer service, office coordination, operations, or a similar do-it-all role
- Seriously organized — you keep track of a hundred moving parts without dropping one
- Warm, clear communicator who genuinely likes helping people
- Comfortable with inventory, shipping, and getting your hands dirty
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
- Experience at a startup or small, fast-moving team
- Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands
- Experience with customer service and shipping tools
