Junior Financial Analyst

A growing consumer products company is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support its Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has strong Excel skills and wants exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. You'll work with Finance and Operations to understand what the numbers are saying—and help leadership make better decisions because of it.

What you'll work on:

• Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards
• Compare actual results against budgets and forecasts
• Analyze revenue and expense variances
• Assist with monthly reporting
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
• Track departmental spending
• Gather financial information from multiple departments
• Research unusual trends and discrepancies
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership
• Support ad hoc financial analysis projects
