Procede Software LP is seeking a dedicated Support Services Consultant to diagnose and resolve technical issues for our DMS customers. The role requires clear communication, strong customer service, and the ability to support both remote and on-site engagements.
You will participate in rotating early morning to early evening Pacific Time shifts (6 AM–6 PM PT) and assist with after-hours coverage as needed, including travel up to 20%.
