Job Summary:Our client is a high-end kitchen and bath showroom offering customers a comprehensive shopping and design experience. The Retail Design and Sales Consultant provides intuitive design guidance and sales expertise while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, passionate about kitchen and bath design, and has a proven background in professional sales.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the entire customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage customers and sales from the beginning through completion of each project.
- Provide design and product guidance based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a collaborative, team-selling, and service-minded environment.
- Undergraduate, trade, or design school education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Kitchen and bath, interior design, showroom, luxury retail, or related sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
