Event Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and organized  Event Manager  to lead the planning and execution of weddings and other special events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in  Event Management ,  Hospitality ,  Business Administration , or a related field
2–5 years of experience.
Proficiency in tools like  MS Office ,  Excel ,  Google Workspace , and basic event software
Ability to manage vendors, staff, timelines, and client expectations.
A keen eye for  aesthetics ,  decor themes , and  guest experience.
Able to work in Solapur.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in managing weddings or large-scale events.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, especially during peak wedding seasons.
Knowledge of current trends in weddings, decor, and hospitality is a plus.
