Logistics/Documentation Supervisor – Denali National Park (Doyon JV)

Aramark is hiring a Supervisor to lead our Transportation Logistics team.

Job Description

Lead the Transportation Logistics team responsible for processing manifests from tour companies, building buses for tours, and functioning as the in‑park call center for reservations. Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and support across the operation.

About Denali National Park & Preserve and Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture

Denali National Park & Preserve spans 6.2 million acres and attracts over half a million visitors annually. Doyon Limited and Aramark operate as the concessionaire from May to September, managing transportation, retail, guest services, and food & beverage concessions in partnership with the National Park Service. A 100‑bus fleet transports guests from the public access point during summer months.

This is a seasonal role with ideal dates of May 7‑September 20, 2026.

We offer competitive wages, paid holidays, sick pay and a benefits stipend. On‑site housing and a meal plan ($16/day, all inclusive) are provided, along with local discounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge of the SMS reservation system and take reservations over the phone.
  • Distribute manifests and schedules to tour companies.
  • Create tour schedules based on built bus tours.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by department managers.
  • Maintain general knowledge of corporate environmental policies and procedures for your job functions.
  • Understand environmental aspects, impacts, objectives and targets communicated by managers during EMS training.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multi‑task as required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel) and the in‑house SMS system.
  • Previous experience and/or desire to work in the tourism industry is preferable.
