University of Alaska at Kenai Peninsula College, Soldotna, seeks student workers for the IT Help Desk. The role supports student, staff and faculty technology needs, and requires courteous, prompt, self-sufficient service. Shifts may include nights; work up to 20 hours per week.
Minimum undergraduate enrollment of 6 credits and a 2.0 GPA are required. Knowledge of Blackboard/UAOnline and HTML is beneficial, with a skills assessment to be passed during screening.
