Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse - SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $15,000!!!

We are seeking an energetic, dedicated person to fill a Registered Nurse position at our dialysis clinic in Soldotna, Alaska.

The primary responsibilities of this position are:
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to a primarily adult/geriatric ESRD patient population.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess individual patient needs, develop and implement a plan of care, evaluate and revise the plan according to changing patient care needs.
  • Initiate and provide ongoing patient and family education, involve patient/family in care planning, and document care using appropriate forms.
  • Maintain communication with physicians, ancillary services, and other health‑care providers to ensure continuity of care for each patient.
  • Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and delegate tasks appropriately.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (A.D.N. or nursing diploma required).
  • Ability to be licensed in the State of Alaska.
  • Leadership ability and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer software knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement government standards.
  • Strong commitment to quality patient care and maximizing clinical performance measures.
  • Commitment to the principles of customer service for patients, staff, and physicians.

  • Frequent long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and sitting.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
