Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients within scope of practice and clinical privileges Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers when referrals are needed Advocate for patients and support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives Provide appropriate follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record Follow established clinical standards and community health guidelines

Candidate Requirements Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification Board Certified or Board Eligible Active Alaska license or eligibility for licensure Minimum three years of clinic experience preferred Ability to work independently with physician supervision and collaboration
