Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) unit on a 13-week travel contract. The RN will manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing, in accordance with facility policies and nursing practice standards. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:18 (Days) and 1:25 (Nights). This role uses EPIC charting and requires general and Planetree orientation.

No floating required.
