This position supports patient care within an Ambulatory Infusion Suite/Clinic (AIS/AIC) and other care settings as needed. We're looking for a skilled clinician who brings strong clinical judgment, accountability, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction.
Opportunities are available in full-time, part-time, and per diem capacities
, offering flexibility to fit a variety of scheduling needs. This is an on-site position located in Soldotna, Alaska
, with schedules and work locations subject to change based on business needs.

Why This Role MattersAs an Infusion Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient‑centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care.
What You’ll Do- Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
- Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
- Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
- Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
- Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- IV certification and experience with central line management
- 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
- CPR certification and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
- Willingness to travel locally to support patients
Bachelor’s degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multi‑state licensure preferred.
