JOB SUMMARY

This is a seasonal position set to end approximately April 2026.

The Bed / Winch Truck Driver is responsible for operating bed trucks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Operate and maintain bed trucks to transport materials for Well Testing/Drilling Support.

Must be familiar with and experienced at loading and securing materials, heavy equipment and other goods in support of Well Testing/Drilling Support operations.

Requires extensive manual labor to operate and secure loads at cold temperatures and previous experience driving ice roads.

Prepare, update, and maintain logs, records, manifests and equipment maintenance schedules.

Monitor equipment operation and identify malfunctions.

Inspect, adjust, and perform minor equipment repairs.

Prepare and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Clean, store, and maintain equipment as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.

Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three (3) years winch/bed truck operator experience required.

Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with current US DOT medical card.

Should be experienced driving ice roads in adverse weather conditions.

Willing to adhere to Safety Culture.

Valid driver’s license required.

North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) safety training certification.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in the oil and gas industry and in the arctic environment preferred.
