Our Fleet Detailer Supervisor plays a vital role in our transportation operations ensuring our fleet of motorcoaches are always ready to transport out guests through Alaska. RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises the team of fleet detailers, the fleet cleaning operations and activities.
- Clean and detail the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles, including windows, seats, floors, dashboards, and exteriors.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and pressure washers.
- Sanitize high-touch areas and address biohazards or spills in accordance with health and safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance needs.
- Previous experience involving vehicle or automotive detailing is normally preferred for this job.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Current, valid driver’s license, with a driving record that meets company’s clean driver eligibility requirements. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested.
- Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
