- Must have 1 year experience in company operational control as a flight coordinator and/or flight follower or previous Part 135/121 experience relating to operational control duties & responsibilities.
- Must have 2 years of manager/supervisor experience.
- FAA dispatch certificate preferred.

The Operational Control Manager is responsible for the following:
- Oversight of Operational Control personnel, which includes flight coordinators and flight followers to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensures Operational Control personnel have access to the following company documents: GOM, 14 CFR regulations, The company Emergency Response Plan (ERP), 49 CFR Part 830 (NTSB), Company Training Manual.
- Maintains accounts for company flight tracking and ensures flight coordinators and flight followers have access to company flight tracking information.
- Ensures current copies of the following remain posted in-flight operations:
Ops Spec C070 Airports Authorized for Scheduled Operations, Ops Spec C080 IFR Ops in Class G airspace:
Scheduled passenger carry operations, Ops Spec D085 Approved list of Aircraft, Pilot Status Sheet, Maintenance Status Report. - Responsible for administration of the company emergency response plan (ERP), which includes content and distribution of the ERP, and coordinating a minimum of (1) emergency response drills each month for each shift to ensure readiness and understanding required of operational control employees.
- Maintains familiarity with company compliance documents.
- Maintains the Operational Control personnel schedule.
- Ensures all staff are trained to proficiency in accordance with the YCS Training Program.
- Regularly checks company emails and Text for notifications from company personnel.
- Promotes the company safety reporting system and encourages flight coordinators and flight followers to file safety reports when appropriate.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
