Harvest Cellar Worker

Constellation Brands is seeking a Harvest Cellar Worker to support wine production during the harvest season. In this hands-on role, you'll perform cellar operations including fruit receiving, crushing, pressing, racking, transfers, sanitation, and barrel work. Operate pumps, hoses, and filtration equipment safely while following SOPs and quality standards. Monitor fermentations, record data, and assist with additions and clarifications. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that values safety, teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.

This role requires physical labor, variable shifts, and strict adherence to cleanliness and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cellar tasks including fruit receiving, crushing, pressing, racking, and wine transfers
• Operate pumps, hoses, valves, presses, and filtration equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain excellent sanitation of tanks, lines, floors, and equipment following SOPs
• Assist with fermentation monitoring, measurements, and wine additions per instructions
• Follow all safety procedures, using required PPE and reporting hazards or incidents
• Accurately complete logs and production records for cellar activities
• Collaborate with winemakers, supervisors, and team members to meet production targets
• Support barrel work, including filling, topping, and cleaning as needed
• Work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime during peak harvest
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
