• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist in making the store a success through effective leadership.

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.

• Pay range: $33 per hour – $36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by location and experience.
