Responsibilities- In charge of the operation of a single store.
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist in making the store a success through effective leadership.
- High school diploma required.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Serve Safe certified.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.

- Pay range: $33 per hour – $36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by location and experience.
